Yes. If you are an annual member, you can receive a prorated refund on your annual membership. If you have a monthly membership, make sure to cancel so you are not charged on a monthly recurring basis.

Yes. Monthly cancellations start the end of you current month. We do not give refunds on partial months. But you can cancel in the middle of the month and continue to use your membership until the end of the month you cancelled your monthly membership. You can also cancel your yearly membership. We will refund a prorated amount starting with the beginning of the month after you cancel. For example, let's say your membership was $199 and you cancelled after 5 months. We will refund $199 divided by 12 months multiplied by the 7 months remaining on your membership = a refund of $116.09.
